Welcome to our week-long art workshop, where young artists aged 5-15 will embark on a creative journey through the masterpieces of five iconic painters of the 20th century. Each day, participants will dive into the life and works of a different artist, gaining inspiration and then expressing themselves through hands-on painting activities.

Book one or multiple dates as desired. 10am-12md

Please send kids with a snack and appropriate clothing.

Daily Schedule:

Day 1 -Tuesday December 26th -Vincent van Gogh

  • Introduction to Vincent van Gogh's life and artistic style.
  • Exploration of key works like "Starry Night" and "Sunflowers."
  • Hands-on painting session inspired by van Gogh's bold colors and expressive brushstrokes.

Day 2 Wednesday December 27th- : Pablo Picasso

  • Brief overview of Pablo Picasso and the Cubist movement.
  • Discussion on famous works like "Guernica" and "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon."
  • Collage-making activity in the style of Picasso, focusing on geometric shapes and abstraction.

Day 3: Thursday December 28th- Frida Kahlo

  • Introduction to Frida Kahlo's life and her symbolic self-portraits.
  • Exploration of iconic works such as "The Two Fridas" and "Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird."
  • Creation of self-portraits using mirrors and symbolism, inspired by Kahlo's style.

Day 4: Friday December 29th- Jackson Pollock

  • Overview of Jackson Pollock and abstract expressionism.
  • Examination of drip paintings, including "No. 5, 1948."
  • Action painting activity, allowing participants to experiment with unconventional techniques.

Day 5: Saturday December 30th- Claude Monet

  • Brief history of Claude Monet and the Impressionist movement.
  • Study of Monet's works like "Water Lilies" and "Impression, Sunrise."
  • Creation of impressionist landscapes, focusing on capturing light and color.

Workshop Details:


Materials: All art materials will be provided, including canvases, paints, brushes, mirrors (for self-portraits), magazines, scissors, glue, and any additional items required for the activities.

Workshops are Non-Refundable. If you must reschedule, please reach out by email - - Cancelations within a week of the workshop can not be rescheduled. If you’re unable to make it, workshops are transferable to friends and family. Please reach out so we can change the name on the reservation. Thank you!

Please Note: This session is for adults however it is not suitable for pregnant women or those with respiratory issues due to the alcohol used. Do not wear your best clothes because the inks can stain.
