Marine Debris Wreath Making Workshop with UPsculpt

Create a beautiful and whimsical wreath using 100% reclaimed plastic marine debris with local nonprofit organization, UpSculpt.
"UpSculpting" is the combination of upcycling and sculpting to create environmentally conscious art that educates and engages the public on issues surrounding marine debris. We remove plastics from beaches and bring attention to the problem, while creating beauty from waste.
This is a unique guided workshop where participants learn about the importance of repurposing and explore the ocean plastic pollution crisis while creating one-of-a-kind artwork.
Workshop is led by Bri Sander, local artist and UpSculpt's Director of Education and Outreach. All materials and tools provided. Guests are encouraged to bring clean plastic marine debris from your own beach cleanup. Minimum age - 14, otherwise adult supervision is required.

Please note that this workshops requires a minimum of four participants to proceed. In the event of failure to fill the class with four or more participants, the workshop will be canceled with 24 hours' notice and your ticket will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
