2D Alebrije Workshop with Erwin List

In this vibrant workshop, kids will unleash their creativity by crafting their own 2D Alebrije creatures out of cardboard. Inspired by the colorful and fantastical folk art of Mexico, participants will learn about the cultural significance of Alebrijes while merging three different animals into one unique, whimsical creature. With a focus on bold patterns and vivid colors, each child will bring their cardboard creation to life, blending imagination with artistic expression. This hands-on activity not only introduces kids to a rich cultural tradition but also encourages them to explore the world of art in a fun and engaging way.
